Refund policy

At Rabbit Rain, every product undergoes a thorough quality check before leaving our warehouse. However, in rare cases, if you receive a product with manufacturing defects or damage during transit, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:


Eligibility for Return / Exchange

  • You can request a return or exchange within 2 days of delivery ONLY if the item has a manufacturing defect, supported with a complete unboxing video (from start to end).

  • No other reasons (such as change of mind, size issues, or dislike of design/print) will be entertained for return or exchange.

  • An item is eligible for return if it is:

    • Unworn

    • Unwashed

    • With original tags and packaging intact

    • Free of stains, odors, and damage

 Items cannot be returned/exchanged after 2 days of delivery. No exceptions.


Steps to Request a Return / Refund

Step 1: Contact us via email at support@rabbitrain.com or WhatsApp at +91 8792730500.


Step 2: Provide your Order ID and details of the issue.


Step 3: Share the mandatory unboxing video.


Step 4: We currently do not have pickup service – customers are required to courier the defective item back to us.


Step 5: Once received and inspected, refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days.


Important Notes

  • The final decision regarding refunds and returns lies with Rabbit Rain.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Damages to outer packaging, courier bags, or minor dents will not be considered valid claims.

  • Items purchased during Sale / Offers are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Replacement/Exchange is subject to stock availability. If approved, replacement will be delivered within 7-10 days.

  • Rabbit Rain is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, incorrect addresses, strikes, or natural occurrences.
