By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy (together referred to as “Policies”). If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Site.

6. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are listed in INR (₹) and subject to change without notice.

  • Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets via secure payment gateways.

  • Cash on Delivery is not available.

  • If an order is incorrectly priced due to error, Rabbit Rain may cancel it and issue a refund.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping charges apply to orders below ₹1,500. Orders above ₹1,500 qualify for free shipping.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates; Rabbit Rain is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, or circumstances beyond control.

8. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled.

  • Returns/Refunds are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during delivery, and must be reported within 2 days of delivery with a mandatory unboxing video.

  • Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after inspection of returned items.

  • Sale/Discounted products are final sale and not eligible for return/exchange.

9. Reviews & User Content

  • Users may post reviews, comments, or content, but must not post anything unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing.

  • Rabbit Rain reserves the right to remove inappropriate content.

  • By posting content, you grant Rabbit Rain a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, display, and distribute such content.

By using the Site, you consent to receive communication from Rabbit Rain via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone regarding orders, services, or promotions.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

  • Disputes may also be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings held in Bangalore, in English.
